Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us immediately at mazzieswatches@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Defective or Damaged Items

We accept returns for defective or damaged items upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at mazzieswatches@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the defect or damage. We will review the information and provide further instructions.
